Skyy-Fi respects the confidentiality of all users of Skyy-Fi's Broadband Service (the "Service"). In addition to other terms and conditions of use set forth, Skyy-Fi has provided a privacy disclosure so that you are informed about our privacy practices related to the Service.

Skyy-Fi's Web site(s) and the Service is the property of SkyyFi, Inc., 10120 South Market Place Henderson, Nevada 89052-3926 or one of its subsidiary or affiliated companies. Content Provided By Third Parties
The Service provides you with access to the Internet. You acknowledge that the materials, content and information available on the Internet, including content available on or through web sites operated by SkyyFi Inc., such as communications by third parties or links to any sites or resources, are created and controlled by sources other than SkyyFi Inc. Skyy-Fi makes no warranty regarding such materials, content or information. Under no circumstances shall SkyyFi Inc. be held liable for any materials, information, goods, services, or content available on or through the Internet or accessed by means of the Service, or for any harm related thereto, and any complaints, concerns or questions you may have relating to such content should be forwarded directly to the responsible source or sources.

Privacy Policy
Privacy is very important to Skyy-Fi and we will always attempt to act in a responsible manner with respect to any personal information that we may obtain from you. The Service will not correlate its users with any sites visited. Skyy-Fi does record the user's room number for billing purposes. The record of a specific name associated with that room number is stored in a separate database to protect the privacy of the user.

A log of certain information is automatically collected and maintained for system performance and maintenance purposes, as well as system security requirements. This information includes: (1) the home server domain names, e-mail addresses, type of client computer, and type of Web browser of visitors to its Web sites, (2) the email addresses of visitors that communicate with Skyy-Fi via email, or (3) information knowingly provided by the visitor in online forms, registration forms, surveys, and contest entries, and (4) information on what pages visitors access. Again, the Service does not correlate this information to individual user names. Skyy-Fi will only disclose usage information without your permission when required by law, or in good faith belief that such action is necessary to investigate or protect against harmful activities to hotel guests, visitors, associates, or property (including this Service), or to others.

Information collected by Skyy-Fi will be used by Skyy-Fi only for purposes relating to improvement of the Service, including without limitation: editorial and feedback purposes, marketing and promotional purposes, statistical analysis of users' behavior, product development, content improvement, and customization of content and layout of Skyy-Fi's Web sites. Any user names, postal and email addresses, and phone numbers knowingly and voluntarily disclosed to Skyy-Fi by users may be added to our databases and used for future calls and mailings from Skyy-Fi or third parties regarding site updates, new products and services, upcoming events, and status of orders placed online. However, users may opt out of having their personal information collected or distributed by Skyy-Fi informing Skyy-Fi via postal mail, email or telephone.

Skyy-Fi Inc. reserves the right to change this policy and any of the terms and conditions at any time by notifying visitors of the existence and location of the new or revised privacy policy, the sole notice of which shall be the posting of such new or revised policy on Skyy-Fi's Web site or sites.

Internet cookies save certain information about the user including the pages of the Skyy-Fi Web site viewed, and the advertisements viewed or clicked by the user. When the user revisits the Skyy-Fi Web site, Skyy-Fi may recognize the user by the Internet cookie and customize the user's experience accordingly. SKYYFI INC. MAKES ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR FREE, OR THAT SOFTWARE DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED OR THAT THIS SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

FURTHERMORE, SKYYFI INC. MAKES ANY WARRANTY REGARDING ANY GOODS OR SERVICES OR THE DELIVERY OF ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE OR ADVERTISED THROUGH THE SERVICE, OR REGARDING ANY TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE SERVICE. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, FROM ANY CHANGES TO THE SERVICE, OR FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA. YOU SPECIFICALLY AGREE THAT SKYYFI INC. YOU AGREE THAT SKYYFI INC. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF MATERIAL FROM THE SERVICE, NETWORK OR SYSTEM OUTAGES.

IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE, THE MATERIALS AVAILABLE ON OR THROUGH THE SERVICE, OR WITH ANY PROVISIONS IN THIS LEGAL NOTICE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SERVICE.

UPON CHARGING OF YOUR CREDIT CARD, IF CONNECTION IS UNAVAILABLE THEN YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A FULL REFUND.
